Model 720-00 TRIPLE BEAM BALANCE features a removable polypropylene footed scoop 12" x 6" x 2.75". Large removable scoop makes it convenient for weighing out goods when packaging bulk material. Accurate and rugged, the 720-00 has a 610 gram weighing capacity ( 2610g. with attachment weights ) and 0.1g. sensitivity. A classic weighing instrument used by the ceramic and clay hobbyist. Great for weighing dry materials and chemicals for glazes and clay bodies. Other uses in the clay industry include testing how vitreous fired pieces are by measuring absorption and weighing moist clay when throwing to maintain consistently sized pots.
